Managed automotive creator partnerships contracted to produce branded content for OPT7, overseeing project coordination from pre-production to final delivery. Provided installation video guidelines, shot lists, scripts, photo and video deliverable requirements, and creative feedback to ensure content aligned with brand standards. Collaborated closely with creators during on-site shoots to support content execution, product education, and marketing campaign goals across social and e-commerce platforms.
Led an influencer partnership with HeeJun to produce educational installation content for the OPT7 Toyota Tacoma lighting product line. Managed creator communication, commission campaign structure, content deliverables, and influencer payout coordination. The video highlighted three different installation methods to help address recurring customer confusion and reduce negative reviews related to improper installation, while supporting customer education across YouTube, Amazon, and e-commerce platforms.
